Currently, the only insurance we accept is Tricare. As a courtesy we can provide patients with documentation that can be submitted for potential reimbursement from your health insurance provider.
It doesn't hurt to ask! It depends on your health insurance provider. If you're hoping to get some reimbursement we recommend asking your insurance provider ahead of time if they reimburse for out of network physical therapy.
While you can come in anything, athletic wear is recommended so that you can move freely for exercise and treatment.
For a 1 hour one on one physical therapy session, prices start at $180/session but can be as low as $153/session if you choose to purchase a package of multiple sessions.
